At Bacvno we want you satisfied when purchasing your items, which is why we have established the following:

  1. The maximum period to request a return/refund of merchandise is 48 hours after delivery.
  2. We will only accept returns and refund products that arrive damaged or defective.
  3. If your case is the one mentioned in point "2", you will have to send us photos and videos to our email info@bacvno.com within the 48-hour period established above. If you apply for a refund, you will send us the product back to the address that we will provide you with all expenses covered by us. You will have the right to request a refund or request a replacement of a product with the same value.
  4. When a refund is applied, it will be effective through the original payment method chosen in your purchase. Please note that once we have processed the refund, some banks may take up to 90 days to make it effective and you will see them on your account statement. .
  5. Returns and refunds will not be accepted if the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts by the courier or if an incorrect address is provided at the time of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping information is accurate and available to receive the package on scheduled delivery attempts.
  6. Defects caused to the merchandise due to misuse on your part will not be subject to return or exchange. Any product that arrives to us in these conditions will not be subject to refund.
