The Controller and/or its Managers will retain the personal data of the Owner for the time necessary to manage their requests for information, products and/or services, as well as to maintain accounting, financial and audit records, in strict accordance with the Federal Protection Law. of Personal Data (LFPDP) and current commercial, fiscal and administrative regulations.

Appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures are applied to safeguard the data collected, mitigating risks such as damage, loss, alterations, unauthorized access or improper processing, as established by law. However, Bacvno cannot ensure that unauthorized third parties do not access the systems of the Owners or the Controller, exempting the company from liability for possible damages derived from this unauthorized access.
